Due to the current events that have impacted our nation and even our world, we are planning to scale down this year’s Ladies Nigh In women’s retreat. We will move forward with planning our annual retreat but we only have space for no more than 10 ladies.
We have secured a beautiful vacation home in the Richardson, TX area. The home is equipped with a beautiful pool and spa, media room and shared room accommodations throughout the home.
The $150 registration will cover two nights stay, meals and activities for the duration of the retreat.

QUESTION & ANSWER:
Q: Will the dates be the same?
A: No. Due to the change in location, we’ve had to make adjustments to the dates. The retreat is scheduled for check in 8/5 and check out 8/7
Q: I’ve already registered but can’t attend due to the date change. Will I be able to get a refund?
A: Yes. We are willing to make a one time exception to refund the full registration cost for those who are unable to attend. Please email us at info@thirtyoneten.org
Q: Why is the retreat location changing?
A: Unfortunately, the hotel is temporarily closed at this time, not allowing us to plan accordingly. There is also very little flexibility if in the event additional changes to the dates are needed.
Q: What about the prayer breakfast?
A: The retreat will not close out with a prayer breakfast as originally planned. However, we are still planning to host a dynamic prayer breakfast at a later date. If you are attending this year’s retreat, your registration covers the ticket to the prayer breakfast. (Prayer Breakfast date is TBD)
Q: Will the prayer breakfast still be hosted at the hotel?
A: We are still planning all aspects of the prayer breakfast. At this time, we are looking to host the prayer breakfast at a different location.
Q: I still want to attend the retreat. When does registration close?
A: To secure a spot for this year’s retreat, a $50 deposit must be paid by May 15th. The remaining $100 will need to be paid by July 15th.
Q: If there are still concerns due to COVID-19 in August, will the retreat be postponed?
A: Your safety is one of our primary concerns. We are monitoring the situation closely and as the date approaches, we will make any changes necessary to ensure all of our attendees feel safe.
